Quickstart - Watahub

Before you begin

Have a Watahub API key and an active phone assigned to your account. The base URL is https://cloud.watahub.dev. Example values are placeholders; no requests have been executed for you.

List your numbers

Use the intended phone’s ID from your response, not its display number.

Send a test message

This sends a real WhatsApp message. Contact only an authorized recipient. Meta’s messaging rules still apply.

Replace both placeholders first. Success includes success, messageId, recipient and phoneNumberId. Acceptance is not proof of delivery: use status webhooks. For unknown_outcome, do not blindly resend: the message may already have been sent. See errors and retries.
